Project Synopsis
Trade, Eh? Is a student project and commentary on the tensions between the US and Canada. In the not-too-distant future, trade between Canada and the US has come to a complete halt, triggering a surge in black market activity. Our protagonists, NOAH and OLIVIA, venture into the US, smuggling contraband across the border. As they descend into the depths of the underground market, they find themselves face to face with the DEALER and his Bodyguard.
The contraband consists of maple syrup and a masterfully crafted poutine (from Costco). The DEALER must take shots of the maple syrup for the scene and a few mouthfuls of the poutine.
