Include:
> 3-5 photos of yourself—no need for all of them to be professional headshots, but we do need to see what you look like. Please no PDF format.
>If you have a demo reel, please provide a link (no downloadable files, please). If you don’t have a demo reel but have other video footage (links only), feel free to include that as well.
>If you have an IMDb profile, please include the link.
>If you have a public Instagram account, please include that as well, as it might help us to see your look.
>If you have experience working on vertical shows let us know.
>In the subject line of the email; please write VAG + the name(s) of the role(s) you believe you might be a good fit for.
Example Subject: VAG May
(VAG stands for Vancouver Actors Guide. I need to know where you’re submitting from. Thanks).

If we believe your profile fits the role, we’ll request a self-tape.

We might not respond to your email, but that does not mean we didn’t like your demo reel. We do projects regularly. If you give me good photos and ideally a demo reel, I will present that to the client and sometimes I’m told to keep someone’s profile for a future project.
